The registration desk will be open on the fourth level of the Congress Center in ACT CITY, Hamamatsu on Sunday, August 30 from 17:00 to 19:00, during the welcome party.
On Monday and Tuesday, the registration desk will be open from 9:00 to 17:00.
Internet Connection
Complimentary wireless internet access will be available by WiFi to all symposium participants in the meeting areas. The details for accessing the network will be announced at the symposium.
Lunch
There are many restaurants and shops in the area of ACT CYTY and Hamamatsu Station. For more information, please refer to the lunch map provided on site.
Coffee Break
All of the symposium coffee and refreshment breaks will be in the Room 43 and 44.
